I tried Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour workout routine.

IMO, this songs tempo is ideal for a truemodel-like strut, so it was my favorite part.

This is another one of my fave Swift songs, so I was truly feelin myself at this point.

Was I able to sing and jog for a full three hours?

No, and I wouldnt recommend it unless youre Taylor Swift herself.

This workout could be the perfect way to spice up your usual jog.
